Whatever the process, a magnetic system is the most efficient solution for clamping pieces in machining operations. The piece is placed on the magnetic surface and the clamping force is distributed uniformly over the entire contact surface without compression or deformation. With traditional clamps the pieces are never completely free and it is necessary to perform multiple operations to complete the machining cycle.

EPM50
Version with a standard polar density comprising size 50 poles with a force of 350 kgf for each pole.
Extremely useful for clamping work piece of all sizes. Also with limited thicknesses and normal operating air gaps.

EPM75
Standard polar density version comprising size 75 poles with a force of 780 kgf for each pole.
Ideal for general pieces of various dimensions with normal operating air gaps and medium thickmesses and for use in table configurations.

EPM50H
High polar density version comprising size 50 poles with a force of 350 kgf for each pole.
Particularly suited to operating with fixed and mobile polar extensions, ideal for small and large pieces with normal operating air gaps, also with limited thicknesses.

EPM75H
High-density polar version comprising size 75 poles with a force of 780 kgf for each pole.
Particularly suited for use with fixed and mobile polar extensions and ideal for pieces of every size with normal operating air gaps and medium thicknesses

EPM50S
High-density polar version comprising size 50 poles in the High Power version with a force of 450 kgf for each pole.
Ideal for medium and large size pieces with high operating air gaps and significant thicknesses and use with fixed and mobile polar extensions, also those exceeding the standard height.

High-density polar version comprising size 75 poles in the High Power version with a force of 850 kgf for each pole.
Ideal for medium and large size pieces with high operating air gaps and significant thickmesses and use with fixed and mobile polar extensions, also those exceeding the standard height.
